In this project I staged a living room for Real Estate. What does this mean? Research form the National Association of Realtors show that 31% of buyers raised their home offer by 1-5% when the property was staged. And 77% of buyers were more likely to imagine themselves moving into a staged house, and 40% were more eager to get in the car and tour a an online find staged property. Therefore, it makes a big difference when a room is staged for prospective buyers.
